Ah Nishiki, so tragic. But this game opens up with the very thing that destroys him in the end: he was always trying to live up to someone else's ideals. Whereas Kiryu very much has his own code and follows it rigorously, Nishiki is wistfully trying to act like a "real yakuza," conforming to fit the lifestyle, and stuck to following Kiryu's example. In fact, whenever he tries to go his own way or do his own thing, he always messes it up. Like, tragically. Without an example to follow, Nishiki doubts himself, second-guesses his decisions, and frankly chokes when the cards are down.

I seriously recommend you finish the club minigame and real estate royale before getting to the end of the game. They make you very rich and unlock abilities you wouldn't have otherwise.

The old lady is an absolute beast in the club. Best talker by far. Majima's first round with Mr Shakedown netted him a nice 9.5 mil. Sliver of health left, but worth it.

Yeah, the club minigame is extremely addicting. I kinda spent hours on it and then was strong enough to easily beat the rest of Majima's bosses.
