Kvetun Rapier 1 Review

Surprisingly they really make amazing spanish rapiers in ..Spain!, and for way cheaper. I had a Kvetun cup hilt rapier a couple of years ago and found it heavy and floppy, too long of a grip. Thank god there are a lot of youtube reviews about it, so I sold it easily😅

I do have a Bellatore rapier. They're quite expensive though. Do you know of any other brands from Spain?

@@robbiemcsweeney1318 destrezania! We are all quite happy with it, the "municion" is simple and functional. 1kg, but you can get a lighter blade and different pommel too. I use it for destreza, but i know they re doing one neapolitan model too now. It should be around 320eu.

i have one of those and its horrible blade for a rapier. It actually flexes at 4.5kg which is like a spaghetti in your hand. Any attempts at rapier moves like nice disengage and top half of the blade flops around like a fish and makes a huge circle at the smallest movement. Horrible blade. Very resilient thou, if that was the objective its achieved. But as a rapier blade... crap.
