Thank you sooo much Kwankyewaa!! Ok so In the past four years I’ve tried plenty meat pie recipes. None of them were worth repeating. Let me tell you this is the BEST one I’ve made thus far!! It’s going into rotation fr. I also used ground lamb instead of beef & omg amazing recipe! For reference I’m East African and dating a West African. So you know I have to learn to make his native food/meals. My man is loving these pies rn and so am I!!!! Thank you 😊

I noticed you didn't add egg while mixing the dough. I do when I bake mine and it comes out crunchy as well. But am definitely trying this method out. Most especially with beef, have always used chicken or minced meat.
