When there is no Heinz salad dressing available I make some with mayo, evaporated milk, a little ac vinegar, sugar & salt. Tastes exactly like the real thing.

This is the most incredible food prep video I have ever viewed. The home is overflowing with bountiful delicious food. No processed food indeed! The colors of the beautiful vegetables were breathtaking. Vegetables and spices coming from their own garden! The instructor kept an immaculate kitchen. I thought I was clean and organized but she is absolutely amazing. The kitchenware is also beautiful and are in wonderful colors. All the food is prepared with love and packed up with care. The instructor even makes her own lovely fresh scents after cooking. The family in this household are overflowing with blessings!Thank you for sharing your organizational gifts. Mauby is made from the bark of a tree and used to make a cooling drink which is generally bitter but sugar and other spices like cinnamon and nutmeg can be infused in it to 'sweeten' it up; somewhat of an acquired taste.

That’s right sister clean the meat. Dem say don’t clean chicken. Look pon the first water vs the last! Before I peel my yam I soak in in lemon water. I peel it under running water. I return back to the lemon water. I rinse it once the water is boiling. It doesn’t turn brown. What I don’t use I freeze up to a month. Yam taste good. I love yellow yam my favorite!
