I agree with you about prepping your ingredients and seasoning your meats ahead of time to cut down on time spent in the kitchen. My mouth is watering from how you layer the flavors in your food. Hi I just love the way this looks i am glad I had seen start to finish my only comment for me is the oil, i will definitely 👍 try this with not so much oil and one more thing try making your rice dish with red rice or mixed you'll be eating red rice all the time but we are all learning from you and I have tried many dishes sometimes with my own spine, but do try the red rice and let us know what you think.
