Their plan is very simple; decrease the cost of production therefore more products will be produced which in turn will reduce the price therefore increasing demand. Just one small problem;, humans and labour costs are the biggest expense in the production of goods therefore you have to reduce workforce or slash wages. If you would like to highlight the results of this economic theory look at the history of United States Steel (USS). They under Reagan received huge tax cuts and had regulations slashed yet the found it more beneficial to invest this into other industries including buy a hotel at Disney world Florida.

Its why voter suppression is such an important thing for "democratic" countries and the politicians who run them. It's why Jeremy Corbyn was and is still considered a massive threat to the establishment because he engaged with the disenfranchised people who don't vote, they are almost 60% of electorate and are made up from the young, minorities and the poor and working class. If Corbyn had been just a bit more successful in 2017 this whole rotten system would have collapsed but those who wield the power and hold the wealth were never going to allow British people to have a real choice.
