I really love Jim Kwik. Your story about working with superhero-actors, "Learning is a superpower", "Killing ANTS", These teachings have stuck with me for years. But this, is an absolute train-wreck of a disaster. Maybe the guest's intent is pure, and maybe he really does mean well. Maybe he's a deeply learned and spiritual person who replaces "Spirituality" or "Mindfulness" words with Quantum-words to make his thoughts seem more "Sciency". Maybe there are some genuine pointers that we can all benefit from. Maybe it works for some folks. But, Putting the word "Quantum" ahead of average everyday words to fill up a book? Its not the truth, Its not science. Quantum Body Quantum Mind Quantum Conciousness Quantum Spirit Quantum Diet Quantum Brain Quantum Relationships Quantum WhatNots... Quantum Experience? Oh Dear.... I'm still waiting for the "Quantum Afterlife" Whats next?

So as consciousness, we obviously wanted to have this experience. We also chose at some point in "time" to forget that we are consciousness. Sounds like we are in a time of awakening to know ourselves on one of the highest levels through social media and other interfaces. It truly is fascinating to think about what is possible and to reconnect. Much love to all.

My focus on learning gives embodied experiences for transformation to resolve messy writing, poor spelling dyslexia and inconsistent focus plus other limitations. Families use their hands, imagination and clay to create new identities. This talk is helping me understand the deeper process of mind, brain and consciousness and why hands-on practice with clay supports our preference for physical experience to “change” our mind. I would love to sit down with Jim and Deepak and dig into this!

The great writers Strugatsky brothers once said: "Humanity will be divided into two unequal parts according to a parameter unknown to us, and the smaller part will forcefully and forever overtake the larger one.." So, I guess - here's a sign. Some people are choosing the red pill, some - the blue one. Some people try to (or do) understand all what Deepak Chopra is talking about. But mainly people choose to eat, sleep and f**ck. Career, money, ego. Me personally... not a perfect example, BTW. I try, and try hard. But some days unfortunately I'm with that second group 🤦♀️ Gonna try harder.

Personally, I believe that the experience of being "conscious" is simply a memory. The body is essentially a biological sensor that picks up input from the "outside" world, then at almost the exact same moment the brain creates a feedback loop which continues the illusion of an "I" that is experiencing.

I love these ideas. I have followed Deepak for many years. I have a suggestion. For me when I listen to difficult to grasp concepts - I find it helpful to see the lips of the person talking. I understand you need the microphones for good podcast sound. But is there a way you can remove it from being directly infront of your interviewee’s face? Also I like to see people front on otherwise I don’t feel connected to the conversation. Just my thoughts on how I experienced this podcast on KZbin.

By realizing true nature, awareness can always shine and radiate the energy inside and outwards. The true nature is concealed by the form and the mind which are also the expressions of consciousness however they are subject to environmental changes (people, nature and man-made things). Realizing the true nature by practice and experiencing itself is the journey of consciousness.

If new technology means we can actually communicate with animals, then imagine what the ones who are exploited for human use would say. It would be pretty hard to ignore their pleas not to be killed or harmed. No more eating them, experimenting on them, using them for entertainment etc. Their suffering could no longer be ignored. This is the only time I've actually felt there could be good in AI. .

Since I had the opportunity to read Vedanta it helped me better understand from science perspective about soul or god or consciousness or Brahm or Bhagwan which is omnipresent omnipotent and how it can be awakened in other human beings
@explorerofimagination27 күн бұрын
Your insights about consciousness are profound. However, I'd like to propose an essential consideration: consciousness requires something to be conscious OF. Before consciousness can observe, experience, or know, possibilities must exist for it to be conscious of. Even the possibility of consciousness itself had to exist within something first. This 'something' is pure imagination - the primordial force containing all possibilities. Just as you speak of consciousness being the ground of all experience, imagine what grounds consciousness itself. Think about the quantum field - before consciousness can observe and collapse possibilities, those possibilities must first exist. What creates and holds these possibilities? Not consciousness, as it hasn't yet observed. Rather, it's pure imagination. While consciousness requires something to be conscious of, imagination requires nothing to imagine. It is truly primary, truly the source from which even consciousness emerges. I offer this perspective not as contradiction but as an invitation to explore what makes consciousness itself possible.

As a social animals living on this point in time, it gets easier to us catch up the perfect map, the one we chase assuming be the fastest and easiest way to the highest fulfilment when in fact that is the door to self fragmentation and self distanciation.
