Jim Kwik, I need some help, I feel like I have a hole in my memory, I study and I do good in the exam, but after that I go blank, I’m studying for a medical field and I want to still retain the information I learned. I hate myself this way, I don’t remember anything. Thank you.

I really appreciate the work that Jim Kwik does. I read Limitless when it first came out in 2020 right when the pandemic hit. I thought using these tools would skyrocket my learning and knowledge. Unfortunately, the initial hope faded away and none of the tools discussed in the book really stuck with me. I tried to learn speed reading, performing these memory associations, and all sorts of stuff. Often, I was more concerned just trying to remember the technique than actually learning the material. My reading speed improved some, but I always felt like I retained less. I could never get the hang of using a memory palace. And the mnemonics fell flat. I am still committed to increasing my capacity for learning, but it is a very challenging road. Anyway, best of luck for everyone trying to improve their learning capacity on here.

Recently bought the book Limitless, and it seems like the universe was waiting for me to buy it from the store. I only flipped through one page, and I was blown away. My morning routine has started to change, I am watching what I am eating, and I know by the end of June 2022, I will have gathered the tips and techniques to becoming Limitless. I subscribed to all socials for JK. I had been watching few KZbin videos but was a little reluctant but when I saw "Limitless" on the book shelf, I was forced to buy the only copy left. My wife told me, no it was not on the shopping list, but I insisted and asked her to check in with me two years from now (June 2024) I will return with an update. Thanks Jim and team for changing our lives and our brains.

I know for myself that when I am allowing, serene, present, interested it’s helping me to retain. I learn by doing it. Working with someone else teaching it over and over is going to help tremendously. Our attitude is very important because if I focus on being perfect and correcting myself therefore making it my priority I am missing the all point. 😂 I teach Italian online and being an immigrant in the USA 🇺🇸 I learned English and Spanish. I realized right away that was pivotal to having only friends with whom to speak English or Spanish and even though I was making lots of mistakes I kept refining it. We get nervous very easily but when we are in the zone I don’t care how am I sound or what people think about me. I know for myself that if we were taught and trained to learn we wouldn’t be struggling so much 😂 The future kids will have a better education system ❤

A great mindset for learning: REMEMBER: The brain learns by repetition.....so learning something new means the brain doesn't know. And therefore learning something you don't know is just 'UNFAMILIAR". The repetition will make the brain comfortable. But 1st its good took to rewire how the brain sees learning something new. So SAY THIS TO YOURSELF: "This is hard to do or Learning something new is hard" Then hum ABC song this accomplishing to things its a distraction and whimsical gives a feel good vibe. Repeat 3x's More advanced results: think of something you failed to do and so didn't try anymore doing....say to self "such and such was hard and I can't do it, it made me feel (fill in the blank). Then hum ABC song (3x's) If you do this now it will motivate you because the brain will stop automatically giving that message that things you don't know are hard. Then you will find yourself actually practicing Jim Kwik tip for remembering what you read with brain sending you positive messages about doing this.

Repetition is not always enough. Studies have shown that people who reread as a study method don't learn much. I've also tried to use flashcards for languages, but when I only put one word (instead of sentences) it doesn't stick, despite the repetition.
@BRAINWHISPERER
@BRAINWHISPERER Жыл бұрын
@@jamiececilielange5249 correct Its not rereading! It implementing repetition of what you learn. Read and then spend 3x as long implementing. thats the repetition! Speaking it, using it and sharing it. 2ndly the each time you learn a language if you do it in a high vibe intake way, the brain will learn the pattern and then it will because of repetiton...become automatically a breeze. This is in anything in life. This is why many can effortlessly drive or cook a meal and etc. Gotta love our mind!!!!

People have to come to the realization that God is within us all we can be do and have anything we desire in life we just have to learn how to tap into them energies, them frequencies! everything is energy! we are pure divine energy and we can become the genius that we are truly are! we just have to learn how to tap into it! Scientist say we have 70% junk DNA I think that is untapped potential!!! Come up with some affirmations like I am a genius I am smart I am very educated etc. and the more you tell yourself that you are reprogramming your subconsciousness to the thing you’re telling yourself! The secret is feeling. Use the law of attraction and the law of assumption, assume you have what you desire and feel them emotions! Visualize it in your third eye 👁 And then let it go and give thanks for the thing that has not yet manifested always be grateful for what you have so you can get more
