How do you overcome and change limiting beliefs?
All behavior is belief driven. You can’t remember someone’s name if you believe you have a horrible memory. You can’t be a great reader or leader if you believe you are not. Or change procrastination if you believe you procrastinate.
So how do you deal with the more deeper invisible level of beliefs?
In today’s episode, I have my longtime dear friend, Shelly Lefkoe, with us to discover how we can change the deep underlying beliefs about ourselves.
Shelly Lefkoe is co-founder and President of the Lefkoe Institute, and the founder and Parenting the Lefkoeway. She has personally worked with thousands of individuals from around the world. Using The Lefkoe Method, she has helped these people eliminate issues as serious as eating disorders, phobias and depression as well as everyday problems like procrastination, shyness, fear of public speaking and the inability to form healthy relationships.
Tune in as we go over, what beliefs are and how we can tap into them to make long-lasting changes.

So much potential to change my life! This is going to affect how I parent, how I talk to myself, and how I interact with everyone. Too many takeaways to count, but I think my favorite is: what are the CO sequences of “fill in the blank”. Makes decisions about the best option not how i’m afraid I'll feel or be judged!

I love this! The lady with the paint, that is the beliefs I used to have in the past that everyone else had higher value and importance than me and I could only raise my value by helping the more important ones. Luckily I know my worth now and life is great. :)

If you convince all the necessary people for Harvard to grant you a Ph.D, you have to be pretty smart. You're not going to con your way through Harvard. It's amazing that So many of us can't recognize our own abilities...because we've mislabeled our failures.

how to I overcome stammering problem ? #help.
@AmbiCahira
@AmbiCahira 5 жыл бұрын
Stammering as in tripping over words? If so, I think watching the video with Steve Harvey where he helped a lady with her stuttering can inspire you. But overall practice by yourself where you feel safe to be silly and play with your voice lots and lots to build confidence and tongue and throat muscle agility and when someone can hear you just identify that you feel that fear of making mistakes and see it as "this is now but I'm working on it so it will get better soon" and notice that people don't actually judge you (and if they do and are harmful not helpful in your life then it is a person to cut out of your life or at least out of the places in your life where they can hurt you) and by that gradually build the confidence to feel better in your speaking and as you feel more comfortable within yourself one out of 2 things can happen. 1, you might have the stammer go away, or 2, no longer care about what's left over because you feel amazing with yourself. :)
