There are steps I can take today. Move every 45 minutes, get sunlight in the morning for 5 minutes, and start eating similar to the Mediterranean diet. Start with the basics: sleep, nutrition, and movement. This was great information!

Awesome information, am 41 years ago. Changed my life style when I reached 40. In just a year my health has improved, my BP has been controlled without medicine, arthritis gone, body energy has increased. Thanks for this information, i have learnt more about nutrition and exercises and I'm very sure my health will be better than this.

@JimKwik , @DarshanShahMD I'm saving this video to my playlist for future reference! 🤩This morning I woke up to natural light, went outside, no sugar with my morning coffee, and moved my body more. I did NOT know about the mortality rate going up with sitting in passive positions for extended periods, that's just scary man. I knew about eating the starch/sugary stuff after the proteins and healthy fats etc. But I completely forgot about it! Had a nice trip down memory lane as listening. Since I've not been practicing intermittent fasting as I used to years ago. Really loved this talk. Thank you for all the valuable knowledge. We continue growing and applying. Cheers to healthy body, mind and spirit. Thank you 🌈🧬🌞🌻🧘‍♀🙏

So much great information thank you. It is a little bit overwhelming especially for those that can't afford all the technologies. Some of the book references have been discredited by experts especially the alzheimer's societies, what to believe who to trust? I know there's not always studies available but there are those selling rheir products and services too. There's so many experts telling us what to eat and what to do and they often contradict each other it's very difficult for us to know what to do

Remember the Pareto principal. There’s 20% of actions that would give you 80% of the result. All of these actions are free! Eliminate out process food from your diet, stay in cause of motion all day, sleep 7-8 hours every night.
