Amazing as usual. But avoiding GMOs, meats that are not grass-fed or pasture-raised and non-organic foods is not easy for millions of people who simply can't afford the best quality foods. It's sad but true. But I do what I can for my loved ones and myself. It's important.

I think I’ve listed to just about all of Gary’s podcast. Chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, hashimoto’s, etc. I have it all. I’ve spent years and money trying to figure out why I’m tired all the time. Finally someone came along making absolute sense. I am currently waiting on my genetic test which I will follow up with the blood test.

Why does Gary always say you can make vitamin D from first light when there is no UV-B. Everything I’ve seen says you need UV-B light to make vitamin D. Also, why does he always call UV-A and UV-B damaging, when they actually have health promoting effects to a large degree. Think Gary is great and knowledgeable but this never seems to make sense to me.
