I did this while making pancakes for my kids so I wasn’t able to close my eyes but I really focused intently on what you were saying & I surprised myself cause I remembered EVERY SINGLE THING IN ORDER AND SAW IT VIVIDLY as I played it back in my mind! Thank you for this exercise!

Wow, so powerful! I was able to picture and remember all 10. I can see how this will be extremely helpful in remembering many different things, whether for a presentation or not. This would be helpful when remembering things for tests!
