Jim kwik, I am from India, I am a big fan of your all episodes which I went through. I watch your one episode daily and apply it my day to day life. Your work is amazing, you are doing such a work which is not imaginary even practically possible. God will always bless you. I don't know whether this comment will reach you or not, but this is my true words about your program.

1. Make key points. 2. Create ten landmarks (in your home). 3. Place an image reminder of your key points in your landmarks.

This just blew my mind! I'm astonished at the potential of this technique. I have used it to try and remember your 10 tips on brain health from episode 3 and it worked smoothly! Thanks so much, Jim, I wish I could have met you a long time ago.

For me the best way to learn English was by listening native speakers talking. You will see that you are going to understand more by practicing

Easier when you do it in your body like : A, X, C, V, H, J, 28, T, 82 when I ask you tell me what I said to u forward and backward! For example you will imagine big A standing above ur head, and 2 X on your eyes also C in ur nose and V in ur mouth and H in your chest J in ur right Hand and 28 number in ur left Hand T in ur belly and 82 in ur left knee. I think you will never forget that. I hope my explanation clear my English is not that good

Your best bet is to play all his videos in double the speed. In an earlier video on memory, he mentions we are more likely to remember better when reading and listening fast opposed to slow paced because of our short attention span.
