How to overcome mental fatigue, brain fog, and forgetfulness. Short term hacks: (not a long term fix) 1. Sugar. A little bit of sugar 5-6 g can give you a quick mental boost. An hour or two to focus but not for the long term. 2. Caffeine. Take bulletproof coffee. Don't take the usual coffee because they have neurotoxins, but even if you drink with neurotoxins, it won't affect you after 2 hours. This is suitable for people with mitochondrial problems. Long Term Fix: 1. Blackout sleep. 2. Morning cold shower. 3. Diet. Avoid oxidative fats, sugars. Eat Omega3, fatty acids, bioflavonoids found in citrus fruits, a plant chemical polyphenols found in chocolate, blueberries, and grapes. 4. Avoid chronic stress. 5. Exercise. You need novelty. 6. Stay hydrated. You're welcome

Jim I love you as a speaker your skills match those of your guests. It's much harder to ask the questions than to answer them but you are more brilliant than you made out in this interview. I believe in you. Use your fascination as your guide.

Jim, I just today came across your program from Facebook. My interest was very high at first. I went through the first few chapters to completion. Downloaded the guide but never actually found the course or video to go with it. My reason for taking an interest is to actually learn first, Spanish and then keep exploring and expanding on that. I workout a lot and try to eat healthy. Just like I know that you have to take care of your body you have to take care of your brain. They both to me go hand and hand. I feel that none of the information I went through today was helpful except for the 10 morning routines. So not enough for me to bite on paying $30 a month. I hate the fact that you used celebrities and colleges and things alike to draw people in. I want to see actual results from people who didn't have knowledge of something but turned it around and possibly if they were as friend of mine they would be the go to person for that subject. You give the background of where you came from but no examples of what you didn't know before but know now. I know that everyone needs a job/get paid. Buts that's also only bcuz men of this world make it that way. What if we didn't have money. We are all brothers and sisters when it comes down to it. No one would starve if we just LEARNED to share. I could charge people all the time to train them in the gym but I actually love to give that info or training for free, just as long as they listen and take it to heart. I don't believe that people should have to pay to be healthy, pay for knowledge of God or knowledge period. We are all human. And sugar is a big problem in a lot people's health so it's crazy to me that your guest suggested that. Honey should have been his suggestion. Look up all the benefits of honey.

Please lets define the different type (SOURCES) of sugar FIRST! We have a "natural" and "artificial" sugar. We get great physical and mental benefits from the natural sugar that many fruits naturally contain and produce within themselves in the process of ripening (similar to digestion) so our body doesn't even need to work as hard to make the sugar thanks to that. Our brains after all strive on sugar. If they cant get it from the better source, our intelligent bodies are going to do their best to survive and make sugar out of whatever we choose to feed them with. So you will still end up getting the sugar needed to better function from the food you choose to eat but it may take longer for the body to make it, as some foods are harder to break down to a simpler form and it may be at the expense of sacrificing other less important functions at the current moment... Anyways on the other hand we have "Artificial" sugar which has gained the negative popularity of the word 'SUGAR". Now this sugar is artificially (chemically) processed and turned into a drug that gives us the "Short term Boost" we are looking for. Now considering this theory I have came to somewhat experience in my own health journey, would you recommend to eat more fresh fruits rather than artificial sugar to have both the short term boost and long term positive benefits using it in different proportion? And what kind would be best - high water, sweet, less fatty? Thanks a lot! I LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS! I am personally very inspired as I grew up with many difficulties learning, being slow and overcome a lot of issues and habits in the past so thank you for sharing your story!

What kind of a Moron would suggest “sugar” for anything? Knowing how addictive “sugar” is! [sick]
