Strategy 10-record Yes this truly works....I have been doing this whenever I have to give presentation in the class....recording our own voice helps us spot the mistakes that we would make while giving the presentation!

Hi my name is Sylvia I just want to say thank you. Let me explain I was tested a few years I was told that I was tested at a 3 Rd grade reading comprehension and math this was very embarrassed by this I needed to do something about it I started watching your videos and I really liked them they're easy to understand makes sense so I really started paying attention to what you're saying and practicing and now I'm in college for my GED my adult education classes and m very close to getting my GED right now I am 49 years old three daughters 14 grandkids and my oldest grandson will be graduating high school next year so thank you very much for all your help I really tried very hard so I can graduate before him so thank you for helping.

Thank you Jim last three weeks watch and practice this method and from the age of 4 going to nursery then preschool was told off because could not write or count or remember even in secondary school was the same with maths reading writing now as adult mum came across your pod casts I first thing in morning I drink water I look to the sky catch bit of light I say in my head I am I will I can then during my day I read numbers on cars or or colours in the shop little by little also started to write what I am going to do thank you mum of two uk Tina 😊

Didn't think I'd go to Jim Kwik for something school-related. I always see his videos but they're most stuff that's worth wondering about life and are pretty long. So to go to him for something school-related after seeing him so many times on my home tab surprises me. This is incredibly helpful, I've got a speech in two weeks. Thank you very much.

Many thanks Mr Jim Kwik, you have become an inspiration to me, that there is no limit to stress our brain. Hence, I dont believed that its started slow down once you reach your 50-years and above. Highly appreciated for sharing your valueble Tips in improving our day to day brain performance.
