This lock eats batteries.. even when it's not used. It used a set of batteries in a month when no one used it. Called Kwikset.. no solution.. it's a pain in the neck to change wifi, batteries, very disappointed.

Just get a set of recharagables and keep them in the charger by the door. That’s what I do. I swap them for another set each month or so.

These instructions fail to tell you how to reverse the latch if you have a left/right facing handle. I don’t understand why it doesn’t specify this.

These things are absolute junk. This is the second device model we purchased from Kwikset and after having four locks I won't be buying any of their "smart" products again!
