At first I just thought a copy of Jarre but it's actually a really enjoyable listen. For anyone who enjoyed Jarre's albums of this style it's always nice to be able to hear 'extra songs that didn't make the album' (sic) or other artists doing the same style and this is a very good effort. It's a nice walk down memory lane with a fresh twist. Well done.

Gorgeous soundscapes throughout! Really nice job on over all composition. It's funny when people comment it is an oxygen rip lol. To me I hear more Vangelis then Jean but it's going to be next to impossible now a days to do a complete synth composition that does not contain something or even much of the original masters. Supernova is my favorite the lead 46:36 is intense! This has been very inspiring to me to get back in my studio and dust off all my vintage gear that has sat for 15+ years waiting to be powered up and sing again. Thanks

I do not use Tyros.Uses mix of vst instruments and analog synth Eminent 310 / Korg ms 20. Tyros has a lot of finished programmed sounds that I do not like. Prefer and turn me up to the sounds I like.

Laurent Blaineau Moi aussi j'ai connu de fabuleux concerts notamment en 1986 à Lyon lors de la venue du pape Jean-Paul II. Depuis le début des années 80 j'écoute très fréquemment JMJ et VANGELIS. Arnaud VAN BEEK a bien développé ce style (en s'inspirant de JMJ et Vangelis).

I want to comment on the equipment you mentioned, old school stereo is amazing! I tried to bid on a complete 1960's component system at a Mayflower moving and storage sale, missed my ride -it sold quickly at an auction in Eugene, Oregon back in 1982. I was waiting for a 10;00 bus at Oakridge and when i asked to use the restroom, the man sent me through the unfinished bar room/ lounge. As I went through the room i saw these magnificent oak speakers mounted on the wall. I mentioned to the guy that I had tried to buy such a set back about two years before at an auction. He looked surprised and said he wanted to sell them because he decided to not invest in the bar after all, he had bid 250$ at the auction I missed! I asked if he would take 250$ AND deliver them to my place. He agreed, I paid and he dropped them off. Turned out he had the console (solid oak) and the matching Fischer am/fm stereo (both stereo am and fm, had an "electronic eye" that showed if it was tuned in) and the "bird' on the gold toned tube amplifier. The 3 way speakers were 68 Lbs. each and had 18 inch cones. The moral of the story is if you ever get your hands on a real retro set up, never let go! Ever! Man do i miss that system....
