Cool, I wasn't going to play the story dlc, anyway. I love Lidia, but I fucking refuse to play Eddy. 6:27 - 6:32 K-Wiss writing my jokes for me. Eddy and Nina? Nah, Eddy doesn't deserve nice things. 24:23 - 24:33 Damn, the NPC took that insult personally. Man, Lidia going to have get tested later after inhaling all these hallucinogens. Okay, Heihachi never actually hitting the lava is kind of okay with me, but these dudes waiting until he was unconscious and in freefall bugs the fuck out of me. Wait, Heihachi lost his memories, but knows who Lidia is? Pretty sure retrograde amnesia is not that selective. This is an...inventive way to "kill off" and bring back Heihachi without him ever actually dying. 55:15 - 55:31 Damn, bitch smacked Eddy out of the fucking frame, this story mode's amazing.🤣 Wow, Miss Sobieska did not go quietly into the night.

Imagine the concept of a Heihachi that was internally good, yet when he fights, he uses his old techniques and embraces his old T1-T7 self. When the fighting is over, he becomes more calm and honest, like how he was before his memories were unsealed. It would be the perfect explanation for him having his ruthless techniques in his gameplay, yet allow for more interesting story dynamics. Or hell, simply have him *fake* not having his memories return, only ever showing his true colors to Reina, and then make it a twist for everyone else when they realize he has the Warrior Instinct, but he’s back to his old self. I enjoyed the story for what it was, but man I wished that they went either of the two routes listed earlier, or even just said screw it, and dropped a full 4-6 hour story mode DLC so we could see the end result, because waiting god knows how long to finally see how Devil Reina and Heihachi go against a Non devil gene, and maybe even still posses some of his Kazama powers Jin would be a great story to have all at once.
