KWZ Inks Comparison #1

I didn't know KWZ but I got a sample with a batch of stuff from a German store, and I loved it. Now I see these inks... and I need to add Honey to my list. Thanks for the video! Have a nice day!

I love KWZ honey! It amazing. I have Old Gold which is also fabulous. I have Gummiberry but not tried it much yet.

I don't yet have any Iron Gall inks, but I think it would be fun to do a comparison to see the change in colour when they dry.

I use two of these a lot (Honey and Grapefruit) and also Cherry and two of my pens are constantly loaded with Hawaii Blue (my Leonardo MZ Blue Hawaii, of course) and Blue Black. Gummiberry looks really nice, too. Thanks.

I have R&K Alt-Goldgrin and thought I would love it and did for a short while but then for some reason went off of it, and I really don't know why. I will have to try that again and KWZ Green Gold.

Hi Alex, I haven't tried their sketch inks yet. I'm hoping they will come back to the London Pen Show and I can try some soon!

I've been eying the Honey-how does it compare to other yellows, like Amber de Burma?

I typically find honey a lot more darker than Ambre de Bermanie.

I still can't believe that someone you know threw away a bottle of Beefeater Red because he didn't like it. 🤯🤬 How does Beefeater Red compare to Thief's Red, if you still have it, please? Would the latter be more orangey? Are Honey and Newky Brown similar, please?

I know right? I wish he had let me know first as I would have taken the bottle off his hands! Beefeater Red is a lot darker than Thief's Red. Honey is a more darker brown I usually find in a wet nib compared to Newly Brown although Newky Brown can also be quite dark.
