अतिरिक्त तनाव और उच्च रक्तचाप से होने वाली क्षति के कारण हृदय की सेवा करने वाली coronary arteries (कोरोनरी धमनियां) धीरे-धीरे plaque से संकुचित हो जाती हैं - buildup of fat, cholesterol और अन्य पदार्थों का निर्माण। इस धीमी प्रक्रिया को atherosclerosis कहा जाता है।
चूंकि arteries plaque के साथ सख्त हो जाती हैं, इसलिए रक्त के थक्के बनने की संभावना अधिक होती है। जब plaque buildup या blood clot के कारण artery blocked हो जाती है l तब हृदय की मांसपेशियों के माध्यम से रक्त का प्रवाह बाधित हो जाता है, जिससे ऑक्सीजन और पोषक तत्वों की मांसपेशियों को कमी हो जाती है damage और death part of heart muscles के कारण की वजह से heart attack हो जाता है l

High blood pressure को hypertension भी कहा जाता हैl Hypertension या High Blood Pressure के दौरान blood का pressure सामान्य रूप से अधिक होता हैl आपकी गतिविधियों के आधार पर आपका रक्तचाप पूरे दिन बदलता रहता है। रक्तचाप के उपाय लगातार सामान्य से ऊपर रहने से High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) का निदान हो सकता है।
आपके रक्तचाप का स्तर जितना अधिक होगा, आपको अन्य स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं, जैसे Heart disease, Heart attack और stroke के लिए उतना ही अधिक खतरा होगा l

High blood pressure को 'salient killer’ भी कहा जाता है, जिसे अगर बिना ध्यान दिए छोड़ दिया जाए तो हार्ट स्ट्रोक, अटैक, किडनी खराब होने या डिमेंशिया का खतरा हो सकता है। यदि आपका ब्लड प्रेशर 140/90 mmHg या इससे अधिक होता है तो हाइपरटेंशन की बीमारी हो सकती है।

Yes Doctor's advice is absolutely right,but may be neuro problem or other problems of Hormone indirectly or directly especially Antidiuretic hormone ADH the symptoms mainly indirect increment to Heart rate may lead to Heart disease,I found in short focus it's less by the welfare generation mechanism but by self induced phenomena. Hi Sir, I regularly watch your videos and your content is really informative and I like your content a lot. Like you adviced low salt intake, similarly there are other modifiable risk factors as well like excess body weight, smoking etc. Even 5% to 10% weight reduction normalizes high BP in people who at some point were on some medication before losing weight. And they no longer need medication after losing weight which they used to take before .
