Very good information that quiona is source of complete protein also has low glycmic load can be taken till 100gms also rich in vitamins ; fiber but should be taken after proper cooking it helps in wt loss as it has low calories it helps to lower cholesterol but quinoa has phytates which inhibits absorbtion of iron an zinc it also has oxalates which may cause kidney stone so it must be soaked in water for some hours and then cooked
