The vial is only 2ml’s so 20mg per vial and I think a minimum of 2 vials needs to be used for that area.

This is a 30 gauge needle, which is very similar to an insulin needle but slightly bigger.

I used a 31g 5ml insulin syringe for my entire stomach area on Monday with the Lipo Lab ppc and I see progress already and it's only Wednesday. Because of how much fat I have in the fanny pack area I used and entire syringe per inspection then massaged and iced the area. Then I applied numbing cream and wore a compression garment. I didn't excersize not 1 bit but I did cut back on sugar and drink an extra bottle of water a day.

@@zalikamoore7171 it worked but I had to drink lot of water. I wasn't able to continue using it for a 3rd treatment because I found out I was pregnant. I will restart in Jan. Drink lots of water before and after though and use a good quality numbing cream.

@@lindseyhunt1090garageb had this procedure done in Macedonia 6 months after my pregnancy , it wasn't particularly the Kibela brand I assume , had it done on the upper side of the arms and the muffin tops, two weeks passed I can see results on my muffins but not so much on my arm areas. And yes IT DOESN'T WORK IF YOU DON'T CONSUME AT LEAST 2 LITRES OF WATER, not juice not anything sweet, just lemon water or green tea, I suppose it will work even better if I completely discarded carbs and sugar from my diet ( even though I don't eat big meals )

I just did my first treatment Monday and I lost more than a couple inches that's noticeable today(Wednesday). I didn't excersize but I also didn't eat too much sugar and I used ice packs and a circle cheap cavation machine from amazon. I can't wait to do another treatment! My fanny pack is finally getting flatter. I used Lipo Lab ppc 4 vials and did my entire stomach, sides and fanny pack area. I wanted Kybella but it was too expensive.

@emma's journey i didn't have any swelling but I also used a compression garmen to help flatten. Unfortunately right when I was seeing real results,(3 treatments) I found out I'm pregnant 🤣🤣😭😭 But, what I noticed is that if you don't numb and ice before and after it will give a slight burning sensation that lasts about 2hrs. I also noticed that the weeks I walked for 30min a day I saw drastic results. No walking then the loss was slight. Another thing WATER is key. I also used Alli, which is a fda approved fat blocker to help me not gain weight AND I limited my bread. The biggest factor is your grid pattern though. Be as precise as possible because if your shots are too far apart it won't work and if it's to close together it'll look like cellulite. Drink a crap load of water the day before and the day of treatment, then drink a crap load of water to flush it out. I used the Lipo Lab ppc. I want to use the kybella/Kabelline/aqualyx when I stop breast feeding. I've created my plan of action already 😂😂

It's not as bad as you think if you use an insulin syringe with numbing cream and an ice pack. I'm terrified of needle but I also wanted my fanny pack/spare tire gone😂😂😂 I was freaking out scaring myself over nothing! I also used Lipo Lab ppc instead of the Kybella so i wouldnt get the burning sensation others complained of.

Hello I am a provider and trained in Kybella for submental fullness, and I plan to extend my Kybella use to areas such as these in this video. So for the abdomen, are you using the same reconstitution and technique as you would when injecting the double-chin area? I would think so? Thanks in advance.

That is a common question and there is not true consensus on the dilution. Dr. Ruff has found that dilution tends to decrease efficacy. Therefor we use the solution as is and plan on a vial for every 80 - 100 square centimeters.

Freezing is actually not affective. It takes multiple sessions just for the fat to come right back a month or more later, while Kybella dissolves fat but it kills fat cells so the cells never come back (fat will never come back)

It can come back but its more permanent perhaps. They say the same for fat freezing that it is permanent but ive had so many sessions, its helpful but i dont think its permanent by any means

Kybella causes a lysis of the fat cell and your body excretes it as waste over time which is why they stress increase consumption of water when getting the procedure

There’s no way a needle would reach the organs. It would have to travel the multiple layers of skin, muscle, and other tissue. And fat is superficial to the organs.
