I can tell you right now you won’t feel a thing. My belly ring got imbedded into my stomach and i had to get it surgically removed, i didn’t feel a thing!

Is this done under general anesthesia, local, or a twilight? Also what do those fat injections do?

This was done under local, the patient was awake but the area was numb. The fat injections fill in the indent caused by the belly button piercing.
