Hello Roland, we always recommend having your shock absorbers and coil springs replaced in a workshop, where they have the correct tools for the job to be completed safely.

The only special tool you need is the spring tensioner. How do you want to replace the front absorbers without pre-tensioning the spring?

Less than ten minutes to change the shock absorber. Renault ask me about 100 euros for it... they're really kidding us...
