I like the way you made your jig I'd like to make one like that for my belt loops I make whiter belt loops to fit on my knife sheets in a crossdraw or scout carry style

I made a jig based on this video. Made it a little wider and used two clamps, plus a few small changes, but basically the same. Works great! The toggle clamps are way better and simpler than any other system I've seen for this type of jig. Thanks for the great info!

Looks awesome, dude! Where did you get that clamp/lock for the jig? I'm going to need a few of those for our vacuum former. Also, the .125 loop strips are easily formed at a lower temperature, since you don't need to get precise definition from them. You can form them in that jig at about 250ish.

I really appreciate the video. I've checked a lot of vids and I like the jig you made the best. I know its been a long time since you posted this but would you happen to have any specs on the dimensions of the jig and items used. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Can you put up the dimensions for the jig. Thanks.

Another thought, it seemed you played with the kydex abit before clamping it. Do you have vertical hashmarks to help line up the loops? If not this might help.

nice job.

Would some recessed slots in you jig help you drop in the unformed kydex strips and align them quickly before closing the jig?
