That confrontation scene WAS amazing - BOTH Layla & Oliver were unbelievable. The way Oliver clenched his teeth in his pain, after Layla had slammed the door on him, realising that he'd hurt Layla so harshly, yet he'd never intended to do such a thing... and Layla's tears pouring down her face, as she blames herself as well as him. Powerful.

I agree, lyla's actress acting was on point, and I think she didn't consider that he is bisexual because 1. when this was aired people still was ignorant about the subject, more than they are now, I mean. 2. it made sense to her that he is gay and that's why the sex was kind of an issue for him, if he was bisexual it probably wouldn't be such a problem at first.

so, i know that in the end kyle and fish ends up together, but what if a guy actually does fall in love with a woman even though he had a relationship a a guy before. i know that having a relationship with a woman doesn't make you straight, but does being gay you cant be with a woman? his relationship with layla should be taken as if it involves two men or women. its all about who you love.not gender if a gay man says he loves a woman=automatically hes lying to himself. thats not fair.

Okay sweetie, one you can't choose your sexuality and two he hasn't changed his life for the better because he wouldn't be able to give any woman all of himself which is required in a relationship, he wouldn't be able to share all his feelings and think of the poor women he would end up with, either flipping out when she finds out that her relationship is a lie or pretending she doesn't notice so she can continue with the lie. You can't change your sexuality, you can be unaware of it and be confused or push it down but you can't change it. There has been no documented change in sexuality, all the therapies that people say work don't work.
