9:45 this is likely a joke based on the use of the crystal coconut as a macguffin, which it often times is. It highlights how useless it is in many episodes.

Overall the #5 and #4 spot seem like complete nonsense to me. In my personal list Bad Hair Day is the worst and Speed is the 3rd worst iirc. If I can find my text reviews of the episodes then perhaps i'll share my reasoning. Also it seems like you are rating your episodes based on the prescence of things that are novelties in the show such as Cranky talking to the viewer or smart Krusha, when in reality, all episodes have something special and I believe they should be reviewed based on script and overall quality as opposed to the deviation between the "regular" episodes.
