I was VERY impressed with what I saw when Phillips pitched yesterday. I hope he sticks around for a while. If he continues to pitch this well, does that eliminate the need to make a move for a reliever at the trade deadline?

Phillips is going to start Saturday instead of Mercado, who will move to the bullpen. It probably doesn't eliminate the need for a reliever. The Phillies would probably want a veteran reliever with late-inning experience to give them more options in the postseason.
