Great video lucky to have the pier in driving distance.. My preferred way of eating fish is fried and if I can fit it whole in the frying pan thats the way I'll do it skin and all including jack crevalle, spanish many times I'll just cut the spanish in chunks (not fitting in pan) I'll just give the fish 2 or 3 slices with a knife so that it cooks threw. On the JC I'll just fillet off that horizontal strip of hard surface skin on both sides give it 3 slices and in the pan Cheers

Poor a can of beer in a bowl, put the fillet in the beer, take out then pat lightly with a paper towel then put in the meal or flower and it’ll hold the flower/meal better to the fillet when you fry it.

Me and my 14yo son have been down fishing since last week. We met you back in November at Fort Pickens pier. My son caught a bull nose stingray that day.
