It's a week after the death of the character Sister Sledge and the Casually staff have moved to a nearby clinic. At the clinic, Roger and Emmaridge meet up with Nurse Ranka who wants to get some star treatment but needs help from Doctor Hollywood (HOLLYWOOOOOOOOD YEAH!) to do so. Will his attempts work?
