15 years ago I was 10, had been playing piano for 2 years at that point. I was finally allowed to make a KZbin account. And I watched you play on that Yamaha p-120. The same exact model my uncle had gifted to me because he gave up on piano. I was amazed that you could do that. Dearly beloved was the reason I started playing piano when I was 8 years old. Kyle Landry was the reason why I became a musician and got a music degree. Now I am a sound engineer. Thanks Kyle!

Still my favourite pianist, still my favourite composition, so happy I can hear it again in 2023 reborn anew. I was around 14-15 years old when I first saw the 2008 version. So much changed in my life. I've grown, I've finished school, university, went up a career ladder, met a fiancee, learnt languages, met friends and said goodbyes, fled the war in Ukraine, saw the world, found a new home, and now I can hear this music again like it never left my heart in the first place. Thank you for always being a part of my soul.

I didn’t understand before why some of your videos received so little attention from KZbin viewers, but with age it didn’t matter to me, I’m just glad that I went such a long way with you, from the moment I bought myself a yamaha p155 to the present, when I got my own acoustic piano. I learned so many melodies in your arrangement: apologize, skyrim (I was the first to write down the notes for this melody and posted it on your forum when it existed. It was my first experience), lilium, the lord of the rings, tansformers, yiruma, pirates of the Caribbean, and many more are in my plans what others have not translated into notes (mass effect, cloud atlas, ...). Hello Kyle. I hope you get to read this. I have been listening to your music since 2008, when I first heard your rendition of Hikari (Simple and Clean). That version never left my mind after all these years. Could you please make a 2024 version of that song? The last time you played that here in KZbin was during your 2021 live stream piano concert. But the way you played Hikari there was different, as though you were quite pressed for time (you played it quite faster than the 2008 version). Just thought maybe if you could make a dedicated video for Hikari, then it might at least get the same treatment as what you did for Dearly Beloved here.
