Sandeep - Thanks for the comment. You can build out automation through your CRM system and integrate email marketing, but that should be for the simple things. HubSpot is a great system but can be expensive, there are a lot of them out there. Just don't use automation for too much of the process or you'll lose that personal touch that is needed to close the deals. Building out campaigns for: - Quote Follow Up - Simple follow up touch points - Sending out new content - Following up to a voicemail Those are good places to start! I hope that helps you out!

Dont ''throw the last guy under the bus''..............bad advice!! ....bad approach. The company hired that person so it reflects on the company you work for........why would someone want to do business with a company that hires bad people.......who else like that do they have ..........maybe the after sales guys and support guys are like that too...........if your management a bad enough to hire some one like that once then they have probably done that alot and the company you represent probably sucks!!. Good channel though!
