Made a trip to the remote off grid log cabin. Also did a solo wilderness trip in the Boundary Waters, which is really close to the log cabin.

Many different designs for each type of project are also included. For example, there are hundreds of designs kzbin.infoUgkxb2mhCug-GkCWrq69Ce2I0nM0D4QpxAqu for outdoor buildings, from small sheds all the way up to a complete stable. Choose whatever type of shed or storage house is right for you. Pick from fancy ones or more utilitarian designs.

Kyle thanks for the info on Dorothy Molter. That's awesome. I'm a 52 yo F who loves outdoor adventures and have been on many solo trips throughout my life. I get the same reactions from people who think I'm nuts or crazy. Man wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

You said it Andrea. Its in the blood of some people and that's that. Have loaned out my solo 15 ft canoe to a woman wanting to get into solo canoeing. She says she will catch me a few brook trout. Will not hold my breath on that one

I highly recommend getting some water bottles and a filter instead of using thin, throwaway plastic and boiled water. It’ll be better for your health and the world in the long run.

Yes, as a backpacker myself, I use a Nalgene bottle and Katadan purifier pills which need 4 hours but with two bottle you can alternate them. This also save your butane. Just some ideas Kyle.

Wow Kyle. you are a brawny dude! I think you are quite courageous to make these trips alone, never mind the physical strength it takes to paddle a canoe for HOURS and overland the way you need to do. Wow and the last day only on a pot of coffee! You make me proud. This is your Camarillo grammy, giving you a great big hug! You are beautiful like my 3 grandsons. see you back at the new homestead!

Marvelous trip; heard of the Boundary Waters but living in Washington state they’re a mite distant. However, my son and I did the Bowron Lakes in northern BC by canoe for 10 days back about ‘93. Early June we were about one of three parties on the lakes. Keep up the life; you won’t regret any of it in years to come.
