A talent like Kylie’s is truly once in a generation. You can’t learn how to be a star, she just is one 🥰

DeConstruction released two albums for Kylie, Kylie Minogue (1994) and Impossible Princess (1997), Her earlier 4 albums were released under PWL. After DeCon, she moved on to Parlophone which ultimately changed her life and career.

Locomotion was out first in Australia while Kylie was still on Neighbours. It was about a year later and I Should Be SO Lucky was the first single in the UK. They then re-recorded The Loco-Motion and released it as the second single in the UK.

She is amazing! Interesting to hear your comment, I started off liking, then enjoyed and now I love her. That is exactly how I feel as well!! What I can't understand is, how she can look not much different since her teens till now! 40+ years later and she looks so youthful and fantastic! Must be something in her wine! At 57 in May and she is doing a world tour with 70+ concerts. Incredible to say the least!

Deconstruction was the record label after PWL and before Parlophone. She did two albums with deconstruction.

Totally true. As kids in 1988, we just saw her as amazing and genuine and a STAR. We didn't give a thought to the fact she wasn't "trained" or that experienced, and just learning on the job. She is known to be a very fast learner though. Everyone says that who works with her. A natural born talent

Love this reaction and this interview. Was a lovely chance to see her look down memory lane and appreciate all she's done and achieved. Her first 4 albums (Kylie, Enjoy Yourself, Rhythm Of Love and Let's Get To It) were all produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman on the PWL label. She then left them and changed record labels, Moving to Deconstruction label, where she released 2 albums (Kylie Minogue and Impossible Princess). Confide In Me was the first single from that time and was really the only commercially successful single from that time. 90s Kylie was largely deemed a commercial flop. She then signed to Parlephone label and released Spinning Around in 2000 as the first single from that time (lead single from her 7th album Light Years) which shot to Number 1 in the UK and was deemed her big comeback. The lead single from the next album Fever in 2001 was of course Can't Get You Out Of My Head was of course her biggest hit!!! That Brit Awards performance is truly phenomenal and ICONIC!! Kylie stayed with Parlephone label for the Light Years, Fever, Body Language, X, Aphrodite, Kiss Me Once and akylie Christmas albums. She then moved to her current label BMG where she has released the albums Golden, Disco, Tension and Tension 2 (so far). The last performance was from the Golden era so would have been 2018 time.❤

didn´t she go for Jay Zs label Rocknation, for "kiss me once" and then moved to BMG with golden and the rest of the current albums? its a serous question, not be rude haha.

@marcomatroso3575 She was still signed to Parlephone for Kiss Me Once but signed a management deal with Roc Nation for this album so worked with Pharell, Sia etc for the album.

She performed for the Queen E2 , then Prince Charles and the whole royal family probably 20 times filmed on camera. Different performances back from 1988 till recently. She also had a sketch with prince Harry. Camilla and Charles are seen dancing to the loco-motion while Kylie is performing it... etc... She has a big history with the royal family and she is on a friends terms with them :)

I think Kylie left stock atkin and waterman in 1993 then joined deconstruction in 1994 which lasted with them rest of the nineties until parlyphone in 2000.

I would recommend listening to other Stock Aitken Waterman tracks. You will understand how they could wack out I should be so lucky, so quickly for Kylie. You will probably see they had a definable sound that was applied to so many hit songs of the time. Not sure they had as much impact in America as other regions. But you might have heard “Never gonna give you up” Rick Astley, Venus, Bananrama, You Spin Me around Dead or Alive. I could go on… but these tracks all have a common sound. You could do a reaction channel on these producers alone.
