This is such a wonderful gift--vlogmas. I have struggled with acne also. What helped a bunch was giving up wheat and sugar. I know. And a supplement called DIM.

You totally had it right the first time!! Après ski!! They actually used the wrong accent on top of the "e" on the menu ahah! It's pronounced "app-ray" and it means "after" in french! It's like social hour where you get drinks and food just hang out with friends. Besssssst part of skiing!!!

Snowboard tip if you haven’t tried: get the hand warmers and place them in your gloves (usually there’s a zipper area for that, if you have real boarding gloves 😉) and there are feet warmers too and you lay them on top of your socks on the top of your feet before you put your boots on. Game changer!!

As a girl who had hormonal acne, I used accutane, doxycycline, combination bc, spironolactone, medicated face wash, and prescription topical retinol. My skin journey was a doozy. Out of everything Accutane worked the best alongside increasing topical retinol strength. My acne red painful cystic type with hella oily skin. It’s definitely trust the process type of medication. I recommend if you can see a dermatologist definitely try it.

Everybody’s skin is so different, but one thing that helped me SO MUCH is eating before my workouts (even though I hated it at first)! Not eating and then going and burning a ton of calories puts your body in fight or flight mode and dramatically increases cortisol levels. Sorry you’re probably getting so many recommendations, but love you and your videos so just in case you see this :) Also did you guys get epic passes or did you just go to Breck and get day passes?? Need you to go to some ikon mountains next time you’re here in CO

Also, if you're using tretinoin.... consider discontinuing use. for some people with acne it helps, with others they purge and then it's all better, and for others it continues to give purge vibes like nonstop until it is no longer being used. also check hormones AND try to mitigate stress. sometimes even back-to-basics skin care routine works. the really pricey stuff sometimes just isnt it and sometimes the ol' CeraVe trick works.

There is so much pressure on women especially to be perfect and beautiful, and it makes acne very frustrating. I do not suffer from bad acne either, but I will occasionally get some uncomfortable, hormonal zits. They are frustrating for sure and can be hard to get rid of. The product that has worked the BEST to combat this for me and prevent it has been using a retinol. I've tried exfoliants and benzoyl peroxide, but retinol without a doubt works the best for me. If you haven't given it a try yet, then definitely give it a try. I have somewhat sensitive skin, the best ones I've tried are the Paula's Choice .3% retinol + 2% Bakuchiol or CeraVe Retinol Serum for post acne (the blue one). These are both so great! Regardless if you try these, you'll figure out what will work for you. You're beautiful no matter what. Love the vlogmas posts!

Check out parasite cleansing for acne! Everyone has parasites it’s normal but America is one of the only countries that isn’t taught to cleanse from parasites. Sounds crazy…i know lol but trust me, read into it!!!
