The second concept art image is of the rear of the fighter, which explains the inconsistency between the images. You can tell by looking at the top outline of the solar panels. Red glow in front should actually the TIE engines. Looks cool as is, but you could get a lot more accurate if you rebuilt accordingly.

Looks good, the scale will probably change a bit once you have a better picture to work from. I like the cockpit window and those open sections are my favourite part.

Yeah it's hard to just go off the blurry pictures, and some people may be right that the red parts face the back and I have that section backwards. Scale can be tough in LEGO too. Maybe we'll get a glimpse in the trailers?

I think the first image is the front and the second is the back. So the "red glowing things" are the two engines. And at the front it should have long canons under the wing panel tips instead of the typical fighter embedded lasers under the cockpit. Still looks good.

I think first picture represents the front of the ship and second one is the back of it, according to the proportion and the shape of the wings. The red spotlights will be the engines. There are two large canyons at the front that you missed in the moc I think. Nice job tho!
