Kyosho Hanging On Racer RC Motorcycle - Choosing Electronics

Hey quick thing to save everyone $20 - the Kyosho ESC in this vid WP1625 branded as OEM Kyosho is a Hobbywing Quicrun 1625 25A brushed esc that sells on Amazon or AMain for $20. It is a great all round ESC that I have used in on-road 16th scale cars and has a lot of applications when space is tight in smaller brushed vehicles. I believe Kyosho is charging around $40 for this same ESC without the HW branding.

Great video and a big help in identifying the Micro RS4 connector. That is not common and I was struggling to identify it for an adapter to my charger. Thanks!

Do you think you can use diff grease in the transmission would that be a bad decision?

I don't see why not. It's not much of a transmission, just a couple gears and a chain.

Did you mention the dimensions of the battery I would like to use lipo I'm not good with measurements usually is the lipo with the same mah and In nickel metal hydride if they're a rectangular they're usually the same size?

This battery is 87mm x 36mm x 19mm. I have not found a lipo with those exact dimensions.

I got mine from my local hobby shop. You're right. It seems everyone is out of stock.
