I can see the Japanese influence. I’ve lived in Japan for over 30 years, and I can see it. Only thing missing was Japanese music. Would have to redo the garden areas, but otherwise it’s BEAUTIFUL!!!😍😍😍💯❤️

It's a very lovely and characterful house. In contrary to most Las Vegas houses, this one has soul. I do wonder why it's called Kyoto, two stones with a poorly raked gravel you can hardly Japanese influence. It's more Austrian/Swiss.

The brick backsplash in the kitchen, especially behind the cooktop, is going to collect grease and smoke odors that will be almost impossible to keep clean. But it wouldn't cost too much to replace it with a more practical material typically used for a kitchen backsplash. When replacing the brick, also a good time to add some kitchen cabinets on the wall for those people who are not midgets and don't like having to put everything in under-counter drawers/cabinets.

@@chakits1 You can't clean grease and smoke from brick. They penetrate the brick and almost impossible to clean, even if you have a housekeeper do it every day. I guess they can afford to eat out or order in every meal, if that is what you mean.
