kyoto vlog 🌻 7AM in Sannenzaka, Ninenzaka, Kiyomizu-dera, Starbucks Machiya ☕️

After my second day in Kyoto, this was clear to me: it was the most beautiful city I had ever visited.
In today's video: wandering around Higashiyama ward at 6am, finding temples, cemeteries, and hidden spots for the best view of the city 🏞️ Finding my way to Kiyomizu-dera (without crowds!), walking down Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka (no crowds again!!), getting lost in these wonderful, historical streets, imagining I am back in the Edo period… Stopping by Starbucks for breakfast (in a 100-year-old Machiya!), walking more beautiful streets, finding hidden gems, and back to the Kamo river… the next part of the day will come in the next vlog ☺️

Those Yasaka and Higashiyama area are always very crowded in day time and night time too. But you visited in early morning time when people were less. It was really clever choice!! You could feel both of old Kyoto era and current citizen life.

I also love Kyoto and have been there twice solo. Love strolling around those beautiful streets and see all the temples. You have to visit Kyoto in the spring when its sakura season.
