Hi, thank you for reviewing the hotel. I am thinking about staying there but read a lot of noise complaints (loud even at night), because it is so close to the intersection. How was it for you? Do you think the noise level is a downside or did you not notice that?

Hello! Thank you very much for the video, it is very helpful. I have a question. We arrive in Kyoto in the morning and we need to leave our suitcases at the hotel so we can go sightseeing, but check-in is not until 3:00 p.m. With the "Baggage Keeper" service, can you leave your suitcases BEFORE having a room assigned? Thank you!

Hi, I booked through agoda, and paid with credit card for discount(bank promo available in my country). I believe you can choose to pay at hotel when booking, but it could cost more.
