It's something subtle but the fact that he gets annoyed when she takes his food, to me, is telling. & I have seen her do this to him as well. Both my husband & I always willingly offer each other the rest of our food if we know the other really liked something & finished it all quickly. We always share & are willing to give up for one another. It may seem minor, but it shows they are not even willing to sacrifice for each other in very small ways.

I’m glad you mentioned about men being bad for not helping their pregnant wives because I’ve been there before and it was the loneliness and darkest time of my life. I even had to give birth alone. I mean I wasn’t fully alone I had a doctor, nurses, my sister in-law, and my mother inlaw but it’s not the same as having your husband and father of your child by your side while you’re in the worst pain of your life. It was just a really bad time in my life and I’m glad it’s over I never want to be treated like that ever again while I’m pregnant, giving birth, and postpartum because it’s traumatic being mentally, emotionally, verbally abused during the most vulnerable season of your life.
