You looked so very happy throughout this meal. Just about everything was meeting or being over your expectations. Those lamb chops looked delicious. Seeing the whole cauliflower head reminded me of a child hood side my mom used to make. She woud steam a whole head till tender. In a frying pan she would melt a very generous amount of butter, when melted she added breadcrumbs and lightly toadted them. It looked tather runny. When done it was poured over the head of cauliflower. It looked like sand at a beach, and stuck to the cauliflower. It was so good. The dish is called Blumenkohl mit Semmelbrösel, in case you want to look it up. It goes well with Schnitzel.

I ate at Kyu back in May. What an amazing restaurant. I know people sing the praises of Mother Wolf in Fontainebleau, but Kyu is right up there in my opinion. Their Korean fried chicken was to die for.

I've been waiting for this one! KYU has been, by far, one of the best meals that we've had in Vegas! My mouth was literally salivating when you tried the Wagyu Tartar because it absolutely blew me away when we tried it. We've been twice now, but it looks like I need to go back again for the lamb and the duck. Also, I know that you don't generally do a lot of cocktails, but their cocktail menu blew my mind as well. They have one where they have perfected the flavor of that japanese sweet potato complete with parmesan foam. The Godzilla Water infused with smoked shishito peppers and mezcal was delicious also!

VWS: The Fontainebleau continues to shine as a beacon of corporate greed. The food looked absolutely beautiful & delicious but by now you know I also focus in on the fairness of prices. Where do I start lol ? The $22 pork goyza would be $5 in Tokyo and the insanely overpriced ( under performing ) $32 Ramen would be less than $10 SMFH 😮. And you certainly know that KFC 🍗 in Seoul would cost no where near $36. Lol Enough ranting I just wish places like Kyu were available to more people to enrich & diversify their life experiences rather than just the healthy ( Americans). Obviously won't be going there but appreciate your efforts to show what is available out there. Btw I did notice white nail 💅 polish dare I say a date? @rachelf8454 we all have 24 hours in a day and spending ANY time thinking about what to wear is a waste of time to me. I own 30 of these sleeveless shirts so I don't take a single second in my normal day to day wondering if this goes with that, etc. I technically work 3 jobs. I spend over 85 hours a week working and have relationships and friendships to maintain on top of that. Thinking about what to wear is so low on my priority list, I've eliminated it completely. I could not think of a worse way to spend my time than wondering if my shirt matches my pants and trying different outfits on to see which one I like for a single day when I could use that time making more money.

I went to the Shabuya for dinner tonight. This location did not have any sushi.
