Kywoo3D Tycoon 3D Printer / Linear Rails and more!

The Kywoo3D Tycoon is a desktop 3D printer that features a direct drive extruder, auto bed leveling, a linear rail on the X axis, and a whole lot more! Hello, could you please check for me if the horizontally installed fan next to the nozzle is spinning when you set the fan speed via the touch interface? Mine isn't working and I am not sure if it is damaged or not. I am new to 3d printing. Also, is it normal that the heat sink cooling fan is spinning while printing? I have the assumption while writing that they accidentally wired it wrong. But I am new to this and unsure.

@@AndrewSink The part cooling is terrible the printer also came with its nozzle jammed i needed to immediately take the printer apart to remove the filament they used to test the printer before they shipped it. This printer needs some serious inspections from the quality assurance team it also needs a fan part cooling upgrade. I also had an issue where the Z offset was not set correctly by kywoo Tycoon max i ordered both the max and the regular and will return both because of these terrible issues and get a sidewinder instead
