Why don't you report on the hundreds of companies who are making it harder to buy homes because they are paying in cash. Report on how a CANADIAN company owne's thousand of homes. Report on how one company can purchase 80% of a city and drive up prices? Tell us why we have to "rent" the American dream!! Stop giving people false hope.

My only concern would be whether they are bolted to a foundation in the ground, in order to survive a major earthquake. Other than that, it seems like a great option.

So they are expensive modular homes and finding a company that can refinance that is very hard.

Luxury prefab homes are between 100-250$ a sq ft, in Los Angeles average home cost is 725$ a sq ft. It's not as much as you think.

Be aware that you have to pay space rent every month when you buy a mobile home. That can be around $700.

$700 is very good for LA! usually each space has over $2000 rental space per month
