⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 🔥辣菜脯 重點🔥 1,蘿蔔乾(菜脯)浸水20分鐘以上 清除污漬,乾淨衛生,放心好多 2,菜脯浸水洗淨後,記得用白鑊烘 乾,蒸發水份,菜脯更出味 3,加入冰糖一齊慢火炒,更令菜脯 入味,有光澤,菜脯更爽更有口感 ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 辣菜脯 材料: 蘿蔔乾5包(一千克) 辣椒碎2大湯匙 辣椒仔6隻 蝦米一碗(100克) 蒜頭3個 玻璃容量一個 處理: 1. 蒜頭,去皮。 2. 辣椒仔,切碎。 3. 蘿蔔乾,清水浸20分鐘以上,除去表面污垢。 4. 蝦米,清水浸3分鐘。 5. 蘿蔔乾,清水沖洗幾次,揸一揸乾水,重覆幾次,揸乾水,擎乾水。 6. 蝦米,倒去水分,清水沖洗,直至完全乾淨,擎乾水。 7. 蘿蔔乾,攪碎,放大碗內。 8. 蒜頭,攪碎。 烹調: 1. 白鑊,蘿蔔乾,大火烘乾,放大碗內。 2. 大火在鑊內燒熱油7湯匙。 3. 加入蒜蓉,炒香至金黃色。 4. 加入辣椒粒及辣椒乾,炒勻。 5. 加入蝦米,轉中慢火,炒勻。 6. 加入冰糖2粒,炒勻。 7. 蘿蔔乾,放回鑊內,炒勻。 8. 加入雞粉一茶匙,炒勻,直至冰糖完全溶解。 9. 上碟,攞凍。 10. 預備玻璃容器。 11. 菜脯,放入容器內。 12. 菜脯完全攤凍後,放入雪櫃儲存。 13. 完成,可享用。 Homemade spicy preserved radish Ingredients: Dried radish 5 packs (1 kg) Crushed chili 2 big tbsp Chili 6 Nos. Dried sea shrimps 1 bowl Garlics 3 Nos. Glass ware 1 No. Preparation: 1. Garlics, get them peeled. 2. Chili, chop well. 3. The radish, soak in tap water for 20 minutes or more to remove dirts. 4. Dried sea shrimps, soak in tap water for 3 minutes. 5. The radish, rinse several times. Squeeze it. Repeat several times. Squeeze it. Drain. 6. Dried sea shrimps, pour away water. Rinse thoroughly. Rinse until they are totally clean. Drain. 7. The radish, blend well. Put in a big bowl. 8. Garlics, blend well. Steps: 1. Plain wok, the radish, fry at high flame until it is totally dry. Put in a big bowl. 2. Heat up 7 tbsp of oil at high flame in the wok. 3. Add in garlics, fry well until they turn into golden yellow. 4. Add in chili cubes and crushed chilli, fry well. 5. Add in dried sea shrimps. Turn to medium-low flame, fry well. 6. Add in 2 cubes of rock sugar, fry well. 7. The radish, put in the wok. Fry well. 8. Add in 1 tsp of chicken powder, fry well until rock sugar is totally melted. 9. Put on plate. Wait for cooling down. 10. Get ready for the glass ware. 11. The radish, put into the ware. 12.
