綠豆蒜
一直很喜歡綠豆仁勝過綠豆
想吃綠豆糕
卻一直找不到綠豆仁可以買
最後終於在傳統市場的雜糧店買到,好開心
一包綠豆仁,一半就先拿來做綠豆蒜
一半再來做冰心綠豆糕
可別和我一樣傻傻的以為是加什麼蒜頭的
是脫皮的綠豆仁像蒜仁一樣啦
加了桂圓黑糖好好喝
用蓮藕粉取代太白粉
健康又更加美味哦
材料
綠豆仁300g
黑糖50g
冰糖50g
水1200ml
龍眼肉30g
鹽少許
蓮藕粉適量
作法
1.綠豆仁洗淨泡水2小時,將水倒掉,入蒸鍋蒸1小時
2.黑糖加冰糖加水煮開,倒入蒸好的綠豆仁,加入龍眼肉,加少許鹽
3.蓮藕粉分次灑入攪拌均勻即可起鍋食用

請問為何要加蓮藕粉呢?跟味道有關係嗎?

一般用太白粉勾芡就可以了,我剛好有蓮藕粉,喜歡用蓮藕粉代替太白粉勾芡,有種淡淡的清甜味,感覺也健康一些,給您參考
