Looks like a handy little feed wagon for your exact situation and need

I just wanted to make you aware about a small detail about this cart which could have disastrous consequences when you bring it on the interstate or on any highway. This mobile grain bin actually has low speed agricultural hubs and bearings. I purchased two of these and started hauling full loads of whole dry corn (3000 pounds) on the interstate. All seemed perfect until I measured the bolt pattern of the hubs which is 6 x 6 inch and looked it up on the net. These hubs and bearings are rated at 20 MPH maximum. They are low speed agricultural hubs which could overheat, seize and shatter at highway speeds. They are designed to carry heavy loads but should not be used at speeds in excess of 20MPH. Fortunately, I caught this early and am in the process of putting a 5.2k Dexter high speed axle with springs. If you use the mobile grain bin, I would strongly suggest purchasing an axle with brakes. If you ever get pulled over by inspectors from the ministry of transport bringing a load over 3000 pounds, they will give you an expensive ticket because in virtually all states, brakes are mandatory on trailers over 3000 pounds. I am taking a chance installing an idler axle because the bin stays stationary for about a year at a time which would cause the brakes to seize in the long run but if you move the bin regularly, go for a new axle with electric brakes and have peace of mind and no tickets. A bin like this attracts a lot of attention on the road and you are much more likely to be pulled over by inspectors who weigh and inspect trailer so think about it. Those fines are stiff? I would put a 7000 pound axle with brakes under your bin with 6000 pound springs at the very least. Have a great day!

when you got the high moisture issue, use a rubber mallet to tap on the side of the bin. I like it, not more than you need. over kill is sometimes a waste of money. thanks for showing it.

Thats a nice size grain buggy. Looks to be very well built also

This is off topic and only a suggestion, but if you take that top spear off and only use the lower two you will be much more efficient when moving round bales and pallets or whatever else you wanna pick up with your loader. Plus you'll have a spare if for some reason you break one.

What was that drug you said? Did you get a script from your vet for the drug in question, reason I ask is I went to a feed meeting last month that informed me any feed in our possession after the 1st of the year the FDA, and or the USDA, could come by and ask if we had a prescription for said drug.

Super nice lil setup should work nice. If the feed has rumensin in it, It works great for calves digestion but not really needed for aged cows. If you have any issues with Pink eye or just as preventive measures you might have some CTC or Oxytetracycline added to the feed. Works great as a preventative measure. Love the review videos you do. I have been a long time viewer just haven't had an account until recent to comment. I would like to see more cattle videos. Keep up the great work and check out my videos just created a channel and started making videos last week.
