Thank you for keeping it real man. I’ve been with you since the very beginning when I first got into fragrances in around 2012. You, Dan (RIP) and Al ran the space and it was never about shilled reviews. Nobody got sent anything. Boy how times have changed. I haven’t smelled a fragrance that impressed me in YEARS. That was the golden age.

The older i get, the more i appreciate this. I like to see you tryin even more vintage stuff Marc. This was allegedly Tupac Shakur's Signature which is interesting.. I totally can see that

Great to see this old familiar Frag, love these eighties offerings, when we wore these colognes back then we were kings lol 😆. It was a great time to be alive and in our prime . Great vid man thanks for the memories 💪🤛👊

Always liked this one. As usual, the earliest bottles were the best.

Amazing, my starting point was 1986 , but I started at 4 years old 1981 😂😂 Original Polo Green. I would take my father's cologne bottle and use it 😂😂 Great video 📹 👍

So excited to see this review! I first experienced Versace L'Homme back in 1999 at the Versace boutique in Sydney, Australia. One of the sales guys insisted on spraying me with it. I loved it and bought a bottle. I still have a bottle of a more recent formulation today. Love it!

10 years ago, during high school, I wore it as a signature. Nowadays I find it difficult to wear on a regular basis, since I have big collection and love some challenging scents, but back then it was the best one for me. Will have to revisit it when high heat passes.

Came across this one like 7 years ago (love og scents). For some reason it turned into my bed time scent. Calming.

Definitely dated by modern standards, but if I'm being honest, it's not bad at all.

I'm not really into designers but I love Dylan Blue, even though I don't wear it🤷🏾♂️.

Got this about two years ago. What a throwback. I almost forgot this scent profile. It definitely feels dated for those that sre familiar and it is quite pungeant, specially if worn in high heat.

Marc another vintage Versace to try is Versus. It is Fantastic, look for the dark blue bottle. I love it, I have 3 bottles as it’s a very regular wear for me.. scent land Chris has a review on this Gem.. it’s very masculine, and I agree that the modern Versace isn’t the greatest

Great review 👍🏾!! Versace Pour Homme and Eros Flame 🔥 are really decent offerings from Versace.

Eros is definitely a beautiful scent especially for the younger crowd . Women love it as far being unique and different you should look for something else

I know it’s a classic and a lot of people like it but Versace for me it’s just Meh, never liked the brand and I don’t think I will ever do. Thanks for the Unboxing my friend!!!

I really enjoy your unfilteted and honest review. This fragrance is one of my favorites, but since reformulation it has lost it's longevity. IMO

I love old school frags because I can't stand all the sweet, inoffensive, mass appealing scents of today. I wear a lot of 80s, 90, and early 2000s scents because I like them. I don't care what people around me think. I love fahrenheit, paco rabanne PH, eau sauvage EDT and parfum, Boucher on pH, Armani pour homme, antaeus, kouros, Salvador Dali pH (soft), Balenciaga PH ....list goes on. So thank you for the video sir. I might have to check this one

Sometimes I'm just in the mood for this kind of throwback, but I prefer the original Moustache over this one myself. The edt or the old edtc. In fact, the pissy eugenolic honey in the edtc is even pissier than Boss Number One on me. People around me hate it, but I dig it. Sometimes. Like I said. 😆 Sometimes.

I gave this a shot because I wanted to have an OG Versace fragrance. I had to give it to my dad. The opening was ok, but the dry down was horrible for me. Smelled like urinal cake to me.

I never tried it but I do love scents from the 80’s I have Furyo by Bogart it’s rare and discontinued gets compared to Kouros and Lapidus pour homme.

It's fire I use a cheap dial bodywash thats a little minty makes this scent super green . I heard it was Tupacs favorite cologne not sure though .

It’s love or hate. I respect these kinda frags but only wearing them once in a while, usually at home. Makes you feel like your own dad/grandpa.

It's too old manish for me. I could never see myself wearing it, although it has nice aspects to it that I don't hate. It just smells cheap and old, and I can never see myself doing anything with it.

I completely disagree with you. Versace puts out a Decent Mass -Produced and affordable product. Of course, it is not in the upper tier of anything, but not everyone can afford a niche scent. Even some of these Niche fragrances are putting out water-down crap (Creed, I am looking at you). Dylan Blue and Man Freiche have served me well for what they are and I own a good mix of designer and niche scents. Dolce Pour Homme is a beautiful scent and in a world of everything being vanilla and sweet, it is a classic. Also Shameful for Chanel, Dior, Prada, etc for putting $200 crap
@TECfan116 күн бұрын
Agreed. Versace make very solid fragrances that are complex yet very reasonably priced. They're nothing ground breaking but they are classic and mass-appealing. I use most of them as my daily drivers.
