Thank you Prof. Nirmal Davasiri, for the clear and honest discussion with Harini Amarasuriya. I enjoyed every minute of it. Dr Amarasuriya appeared relaxed, sincere, honest, and a serious politician with serious plans for changing the country positively. I would like to add a bit to the answer she gave to you on how to reduce corruption, yes we as a species that had evolved competing for the resources and the strongest and their progeny surviving, happen to have a strong motive to amass wealth and resources for our own use. However, in the western world, as well as in China, Latin America we are seeing different social experiments directed towards finding ways to achieve better distribution or the scarce resources. JVP seem to have moved significantly away from the politics preached by Rohana Wijayaweera and the group. Anura and the team deserves a chance to show how they can change the system.
Very deep dialogue...very interesting, organising like this debate is very important to knowledgeable NPP people who expecting go to parliament. I am 65 yes. My vote definitely for "Malimawa"

Good discussion, but it would be better if Nirmal allows Harini to speak more, he is continuously intervening without giving Harini enough time to respond.
Very descent and powerful educated canadiet Sri Lanka nerdy person politically perfect explain and very humble and Nice, polaticuly smooth and cool lovely Lady, thank you
A gem of a discussion that successfully picked the mind of Dr Harini to bare the true vision and roots from where that vision of the #NPP is derived from. I would humbly implore anyone with genuine intentions to watch this interview twice over if necessary to grasp the true essence of it. For ever grateful to all stalwarts of the #NPP for staying true to the cause and giving life to the true aspirations of the nation when even the citizenry failed to see the need of the hour. God bless Mother Lanka and God bless the #NPP 🙏❤

At least she's got honesty in her.Hats off for that.Looking forward to having an intellectual discussion with her on Agriculture which is my area. She or NPP is yet to convince me as to why I should vote for them.
Dr. Harini, you are correct. For a coconut sambol adding too much of salt and lime is not necessary.

All discussions made with any politicians of malimawa are meaningful and interested. That is why majority of voters choose malimawa to do the needful at this presidential election. My wishes is malimawa will win this race with great majority this time. JAYAWELA ❤

Good one.... it is better if Harini could have explained that we aren't liberalism or socialism.... but we are in middle path that all the people can be happy... i.e Business tycoon and the labourer. When we develop the entrepreneurs and giving support to them without political differences, we reduce unemployment, earn some money from exports as well as taxes from them and then both people enjoy with their profit as well as salary and social welfare... So, anyone can give the name whatever it is....😊
Thank you for inviting Dr. Harini to have this discussion. One of the issues discussed ,among many, JVP phobia or the fear psychosis is an issue that has to be addresed to alleviate this mentality in people. One of the ways is to invite people to observe the conduct or the behaviour of the top level jVP leadership since/after 1989. Also the executive NPP membership who are reliable ,educated, trustworthy and commited . Also it is good to pointout that there is no rational or reason or a context for JVP to incur terror. Another interesting issue is reducing expenses or economizing resources ( frugality valued by Gandhi ) The content of this talk should be communicated to the public in simple language . Please let the next discussion be on education reforms aiming at a massive transformation to realize the " renaissance " or punarudaya .

For every questions Nirmal raised, Harini gave an outlining answer. For example tourism development, She suggested that our food culture would be brought into. How or in which way it could be was silant. If it was there the viewers like me could be satisfied with a great deal.
