As a constructive criticism, please be a professional podcast host; be open to hear the guests speak. You tend to interrupt the guests speak (particularly on this episode ) and at some point demo tenish it felt weird (1:37:40) and also when the guy opened up ( unintentionally ) about his kid …. This podcast has been fantastic so far! However, I feel that the hosts interrupt the guest a bit too much. While it's great to engage initially, it can be overwhelming, especially with a guest who has so many valuable life experiences to share. At times, it seems like the hosts talk over the guest, which detracts from the conversation. That said, this is still one of the best podcasts out there!
